Various types of Straightening Machine Series.

Ball screw

The ball screw is composed of multiple precision components such as the screw, nut, steel ball, pre-press plate, reverse device and dust-proof device. Its notable features include low friction loss and high transmission efficiency. Due to the rolling motion between the lead screw shaft and the lead screw nut through numerous balls, this enables the ball screw to achieve a motion efficiency of up to 90 to 96%. In addition, the production equipment for ball screws is all high-precision and advanced devices, and a batch production process is adopted, which ensures the stability of production accuracy and reduces the impact of human factors on the accuracy. Due to its low static friction and extremely small starting torque, the ball screw can achieve high-speed and precise feed, even reaching the micro-feed level, without crawling. However, it should be noted that the ball screw does not have a self-locking function, and thus has the reversibility of transmission.

Synchronous belt

Synchronous belts use steel wire rope or glass fiber as the reinforcing layer, with polyurethane or rubber covering the outer layer. The inner periphery is made into a toothed shape and meshes with the toothed pulley. This structure makes the synchronous belt both compact and durable, with excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and anti-aging performance. Its operating temperature range is typically between -20 ℃ and 80℃, and the transmission speed v is less than 50m/s, making it highly suitable for low-speed transmission requirements. Synchronous belt drive has the following significant advantages:

(1) Precise transmission, no sliding phenomenon, and constant transmission ratio;

(2) Smooth transmission, with buffering and vibration reduction capabilities, and low noise level;

(3) The transmission efficiency is as high as 98%, with remarkable energy-saving effects.

(4) It is easy to maintain, requires no lubrication, and reduces maintenance costs.

(5) It is suitable for long-distance transmission, and the center distance can exceed 10 meters.

Electric push rod

Electric push rods, also known as push rod motors or linear drivers, are renowned for their compact size and powerful thrust. It has excellent self-locking performance, allowing direct motor drive without the need for a complex piping system to transmit air sources or oil circuits. But please note that it cannot withstand radial loads. Electric push rods are widely used in many civilian fields, such as the opening of ventilation Windows and the control of stage equipment.

Electric cylinder

The electric cylinder, also known as the electric actuator, is a modular product that combines a servo motor with a lead screw. It integrates closed-loop servo control technology, making its control accuracy as high as 01mm. Furthermore, by equipping pressure sensors, the thrust control accuracy can be further enhanced to 1%. Electric cylinders feature low noise, high rigidity and excellent impact resistance, and their operation and maintenance are also quite simple. For this reason, it has been widely applied in the industrial field.

Linear motor

A linear motor, also known as a linear motor, linear motor or linear motor, is a device that directly converts electrical energy into kinetic energy of linear motion. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it can achieve the conversion from rotation to a straight line without going through an intermediate conversion mechanism. This feature greatly simplifies the structure of the linear motor, reduces the moment of inertia of motion, and thus brings about higher acceleration, dynamic response and positioning accuracy. Furthermore, through the circular conversion technology, a relatively high operating speed can be achieved even when using ordinary materials. Meanwhile, the gap maintained between the stator and the mover ensures no mechanical contact during movement, thus eliminating friction and noise, and guaranteeing a longer service life.

Gear strip

The gear strip, a transmission device with remarkable features, is renowned for its strong load-bearing capacity, simple structure and reliable operation. It can perform an unlimited length of docking continuation, enabling the transmission speed to be over 2 meters per second. However, gear strips also have some drawbacks, such as relatively poor precision, greater noise generated during transmission, and more obvious wear. In addition, to ensure its smooth operation, lubricating oil needs to be added regularly. However, this operation may sometimes contaminate the on-site environment, so its use in a dust-free environment may be restricted. Despite this, gear strips still have extensive applications in construction. For instance, in elevators, they can easily handle the demands of buildings up to 30 floors.

CAM mechanism

CAM mechanisms are renowned for their simple structure and compact design. As long as the appropriate CAM profile is carefully designed, the predetermined motion trajectory of the driven rod can be easily achieved. However, such institutions also have some shortcomings. Firstly, since there is a high pair contact of points or lines between the CAM and the driven rod, the pressure generated is relatively large, which is prone to cause wear. Secondly, the processing of CAM contours is relatively difficult and costly. In addition, the stroke of the CAM mechanism is relatively small and may not meet the requirements of some complex movements. Nevertheless, the CAM mechanism is still a very practical transmission device in many situations.

Cylinder mechanism

The cylinder mechanism has many features, such as ease of use, easy installation and maintenance, as well as excellent environmental adaptability. It can work stably in both high and low temperature environments and has dust-proof and water-proof functions, thus adapting to various complex and harsh environments. However, there are also some deficiencies in the cylinder mechanism. Firstly, its control accuracy is relatively low and usually only two-point control can be achieved. Secondly, the cylinder mechanism needs to be equipped with an air compressor, and there is a risk of air leakage during the start-up and transmission process. In addition, professional installation and maintenance of various pneumatic pipelines are also required. Meanwhile, the cylinder mechanism requires a continuous pressure supply and has a relatively slow response speed. Therefore, it is not suitable for complex circuits with too many component stages.

Hydraulic cylinder

Hydraulic cylinders are renowned for their low-speed and heavy-load characteristics, capable of generating a maximum thrust of up to hundreds of thousands of tons, and are widely used in heavy industries, such as forging and other fields.

Pneumatic pole

Pneumatic struts, a device that generates support force by utilizing gas pressure, are widely used in various situations where support is required. Its working principle is to adjust the magnitude of the supporting force by changing the gas pressure, and it has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient use.
