After the tube shrinking process is completed, the finished shrunk tubes are automatically transported to the inspection station by the feeding system. The equipment conducts precise dimensional and appearance inspection on each processed tube in real time. Qualified tubular workpieces will be automatically delivered to the next production procedure for continuous processing. Meanwhile, unqualified tubes will automatically fall off at the sorting position, which can be manually removed and reprocessed separately. The whole process realizes unmanned continuous circulation, avoiding missed detection and misjudgment caused by manual operation.
