Hot Runner Pipe Spiral Bender

Main structure and properties

FH-141 hot runner spiral bender is a machine specially designed for bending flat-shaped tubes of hot-runner coils into spiral-ring heaters. It can also be used for coiling small diameter circular electic heat pipes. The mandrel is driven by a stepper motor (the mandrel can be replaced). The mandrel is skillfully installed with pneumatic clamping blocks to compress the bent heating pipes. The stepper motor drives the heating pipes to be coiled along the axis direction. The machine has automatic discharging mechanism, the whole machine is controlled by PLC, and the production efficiency is high.
