FH-3G Straightening Machine

Main structure and properties

FH-3G straightening machine is mainly used for straightening and repairing bent and deformed pipes in the process of pipe making or annealing; the machine is combined with 3 groups or (5 groups) roll assemblies coupled with transmission and motor. Different pipe diameter straightening,straightening of empty and filled pipes within a certain range does not require replacement of straightening wheels. The machine is equipped with frequency converter, used to control the speed adjustment of different tubes.
