Main structure and properties

FH-149B automatic spin welding machine is a spin welding machine specially designed for welding one end (bottom) of a single-hair heat pipe. The machine adds electromagnetic vibrating disc device to the capacitor energy storage spot welding machine, swings the cylinder and the manipulator composed of the cylinder, uses vacuum to attach the welding piece to the welding station, and aligns the positioning groove for spot welding processing. Machine welding is accurate and fast, and workpiece loading and unloading are manually operated.

The capacity of the machine is 5KVA, the voltage is 380V, and the gas source is 0.6Mpa.
